Job Description:

Financial Advisor offer outstanding assistance to clients and aid Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams regularly. As key members of the service team, these individuals establish reliable connections with clients through frequent engagements. A potential candidate for this position must prioritize clients and possess excellent interpersonal abilities to ensure an exceptional client journey. Their main objective is to deliver top-notch client service, particularly in aiding Financial Advisors/Private Wealth Advisors/teams with tasks like digital marketing, managing portfolio holdings, proposal tools, and financial planning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the FA/PWA/team in creating and fostering connections with both internal and external business partners and colleagues is a key responsibility as a senior member of the service team. Contributing to the improvement of client relationships, both new and existing, by ensuring a top-notch client experience is a crucial aspect of the role. Supporting the FA/PWA/team in fulfilling their client service model, which includes preparing for meetings and keeping track of follow-ups, is also part of the duties. Assigning tasks to team members on a daily basis to guarantee that all client service functions are carried out promptly is essential. Providing substitute coverage for Client Service Associate tasks when requested, such as executing financial transactions and addressing client inquiries, is another responsibility. Staying informed about policies, procedures, and new platforms, and sharing updates and best practices with the service team is vital.
• Aiding the FA/PWA/team in coordinating and implementing their business strategy, collaborating closely with other key players in the market like Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
• Implementing all aspects of online and offline marketing initiatives, such as workshops and virtual events, digital platforms, social networking, and consistent email correspondence.
• Creating and evaluating different client reports or financial plans using authorized systems for current or potential clients.
• Supporting research activities through officially sanctioned platforms.
• Attending meetings with current or potential clients, acting as a representative for the service perspective.
• Involvement in company endeavors, special assignments, and/or additional tasks as instructed by local leadership.

Education, expertise, understanding, and abilities:

• The job necessitates at least five years of professional experience in a related field.
• A four-year college degree or professional certification is ideal.
• Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are mandatory certifications.
• Additional product licenses might be necessary.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of financial products such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, pooled investment funds, insurance products, and professionally managed portfolios.
• Demonstrating strong technical skills and adept at swiftly grasping new technologies.
• Possessing a keen eye for detail along with exceptional organizational abilities and the skill to rank tasks according to importance.
• Proficient in fundamental personal computer skills, including MS Office software like MS Excel and internet tools.
• Outstanding abilities in written communication, relationship building, and customer support.
• Effective management of time.
• Skilled at working in coordination with teammates to achieve common goals.
• Capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing and dynamic workplace setting.
