Key Responsibilities:

• Help individuals with their routine banking transactions, such as making deposits, withdrawing funds, and transferring money
• Commencing and maintaining personal and business monetary profiles
• Offer support and information on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings alternatives
• Recognize the demands of customers and suggest appropriate financial remedies
• Create and manage solid customer relations to maintain happy and committed clientele
• Make sure to comply with internal policies and adhere to government regulations
