Job Title: Cash Handler

Job Overview:

• Located at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, this full-time position requires 40 hours per week.
• The Cash Handler role involves delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and assisting with daily branch operations.
• Availability during branch hours is required, with Sunday as the designated day off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and security procedures.
• Use digital tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
• Support branch operational and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 6–12 months customer service experience required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• Adhere to all compliance programs, policies, and regulations.
• Complete mandatory training requirements on time.
• Identify and report risks appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:

• Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
• Based on experience, skills, and location.
