Client Services Manager

Job Description:

The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic oversight and expansion of a commercial client base. Primary objectives include nurturing high-value client partnerships, driving sustainable business growth, and upholding rigorous credit quality standards.

Major Duties:

• Strategically enhance and regulate commercial borrowing portfolios and deposit holdings.
• Cultivate productive, long-term partnerships with existing clients and prospective leads.
• Facilitate and manage the end-to-end processing of loan and deposit applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated banking solutions.
• Authenticate loan requests and ensure the total accuracy and completion of all documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance closely while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Ensure all banking activities strictly comply with established internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide superior customer care by effectively troubleshooting and resolving client concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).
• Significant expertise in commercial lending, with a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the industry.
• Highly skilled in assessing creditworthiness and designing structured loan frameworks.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements to ensure ethical and compliant conduct.

Skills:

• Proven excellence in sales performance and the ability to build robust customer partnerships.
• Strong analytical aptitude combined with clear and effective communication skills.
• Meticulously organized with a sharp focus on detail.
• Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools and financial software.

Additional Information:

• Primarily an office-based role involving frequent use of computer systems.
• The position may require sporadic travel to meet with clients or attend business events.
