Role Overview: Private Banker

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the bank's risk culture while striving for operational success
• Strengthens connections with clients to meet their financial demands
• Abides by established guidelines and procedures in daily operations to make decisions that benefit clients and the financial institution, while also complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Deepens understanding of business principles and broadens networking horizons by teaming up with experts in small business guidance, monetary lending strategies, and investment opportunities
• Competently directs the client traffic, scheduling, and outbound calls for the financial institution
• Optimizes the client experience through personalized service
• Manages cash responsibilities

• Applies advanced critical thinking and strong issue-resolution skills to effectively address client needs.
• Will follow established frameworks and guidelines in daily tasks to prioritize client and bank interests, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manages time and workload capacity adeptly.
• Concentrates on obtaining results while serving the client's best interest.
• Capable of working flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in financial services and well-informed about the financial services industry, its products, and solutions.
• One year of established sales performance in a salary plus commission setup, demonstrating the ability to meet personal sales targets and excel in a sales-oriented environment.
• Managing cash responsibilities for six months.
• The necessary qualifications include a bachelor's degree or an associate degree in relevant fields like business management, business administration, or finance.
