Your role as a Senior Relationship Officer will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with both individual and commercial clients.
• Proactively assessing clients' financial needs by analyzing their financial data and recommending suitable products and services to meet those needs.
• Leveraging the bank’s innovative technology solutions to provide efficient and effective banking experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for a wide range of financial products, including commercial loans, commercial real estate, home mortgages, small business loans, wealth management services, treasury management, deposits, wire transfers, and other financial offerings.
• Designing and providing a variety of loan options, including HELOCs, residential mortgages, and commercial loans.
• Ensuring compliance with annual renewal requirements and regulatory standards for MLO, along with staying informed on interest rates, financing options, and loan calculations to assist mortgage customers effectively.
• Keeping up-to-date with the full spectrum of loan products offered by the bank and understanding the qualifications needed for each product.
• Assisting customers with banking needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, wire transfers, loan repayments, and currency exchange.
• Being proactive, motivated, and results-oriented, always focused on delivering superior outcomes for clients.
• Using problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet client demands and address financial challenges efficiently.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure clients receive the most appropriate products and services for their financial needs.
• Communicating effectively with clients, displaying confidence and clarity during every interaction.
• Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff to help them meet sales and service goals and improve customer experience.
• Utilizing digital tools and platforms to improve the convenience and efficiency of digital banking experiences for customers.
• Driving enthusiasm for technology adoption, guiding clients in using digital resources to manage their finances efficiently.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications include:

• - A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Over two years of experience in customer service, teller operations, sales, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) within the banking and financial services industry.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses, which allow individuals to engage in investment activities and sell life insurance products.
• Strong financial knowledge with the ability to clearly communicate financial information to clients.
• Proficient in sales strategies and customer relationship management, with a focus on acquiring new business and expanding networks.
• Competence in using branch technology, mobile banking apps, and online banking systems.
• Ability to solve problems, make informed decisions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Proficient in adhering to standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
