Role Overview:

As a Branch Operations Associate at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures a one-of-a-kind customer experience that concentrates on enhancing financial prosperity and promoting customer dedication.
• Processes different types of customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Recognizes opportunities in customer interactions and channels them to the appropriate branch team.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Modifies PNC offerings to align with specific customer requirements.
• Discerns sales possibilities and refers customers to the relevant team members for broadening relationships.
• Provides guidance to clients regarding digital banking tools, technology choices, and self-service resources to streamline financial transaction management.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Guarantees the correct completion of teller and branch operations following the established policies and procedures of PNC.

Qualifications:

• Not required to have prior experience.
