Job Summary:Financial Consultant

The core responsibility of a Financial Consultant at Regions is designing a lineup of bank clients by addressing the financial targets of the clients through appropriate advice and direction. This counsel is shaped by a comprehensive grasp of the customer's present financial status and both short and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate is dedicated to customer service and partnership building and possesses prior experience as a branch-based Financial Consultant.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Diverse investment options and products are provided to aid customers in reaching their financial goals, along with detailed guidance offered through Financial Planning services
• Acknowledges and capitalizes on all chances to initiate customer connections through activities like prospecting, lead exploitation, and participation in local markets and communities
• Develops and sustains a solid network of clients and ensures a steady flow of prospective opportunities
• Demonstrates expert-level skills in crafting portfolios and possessing in-depth knowledge of various industries and investments
• Takes part in assessing both investment results and client interactions
• Keeps junior staff members informed about various investment products and opportunities available
• Ensures adherence to compliance regulations and follows corporate protocols and industry guidelines

This job is exempt from timekeeping rules governed by the Fair Labor Standards Act and does not meet the criteria for receiving overtime payment.

Requirements:

• The completion of either a high school diploma or a GED is necessary for meeting the educational requirements at the high school level
• A half-year of pertinent experience
• Series 7

• Within two months of starting a new job, individuals are expected to secure a Life Insurance License

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree
• The titles of Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Certified Retirement Specialist are all credentials that financial professionals can achieve
• Accumulating two years of experience in Financial Advisory
