Responsibilities include:

• Excel in client service by immediately greeting customers, identifying their preferences, suggesting suitable options, and responding promptly to their queries.
• Promote client participation in financial assessments and business reviews to deliver tailored solutions and identify any extra financial requirements.
• Deliver on commitments and provide guidance to clients.
• Consistently engages with external and internal clients, offering proactive resolutions and problem-solving in line with the bank's Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Supports clients in the setup of both consumer and business accounts, regardless of their status as new or current customers.
• Contributes to the team spirit of Client Service Specialists and assists with teller functions, such as cash transactions, when the situation arises.
• Assists in fulfilling the branch goal by identifying and directing a wide variety of bank products and services to the suitable internal business partners.
• Maintains knowledge of current products and techniques.
• Manages customer challenges and inquiries with persistent attention to detail.
• Establishing recognition of enterprise, consumer, and trust entities.
• Additional tasks may be allocated as necessary.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or successful completion of the GED program is mandatory.
• The preferred candidates for the position are those with one year of experience in client service specialist (teller) or other banking roles.
• Comprehension of the elementary consumer banking procedures and the diverse business products and services presented.
• Eagerness and readiness to actively progress skills in consumer lending.
• Capability to abide by designated Standard Operating Procedures.
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately, reconciling accounts, and performing precise arithmetic calculations.
• Competence in addressing a range of client requirements promptly.
• Proficient in developing strong client relationships by concentrating on establishing new connections and expanding existing ones, utilizing personal and business background to effectively engage with customers.
• Familiar with the statutory and regulatory framework governing products and services in a particular state.
• Competence in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic is a requirement.
• Capacity to hoist loads of up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to manage prolonged periods of standing without difficulty.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.
