Job Description:

As a Banking ConsultantTeller at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience that prioritizes enhancing financial well-being and fostering customer allegiance.
• Manages various customer engagements accurately and efficiently.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Spots potential opportunities in customer interactions and forwards them to the relevant branch employees.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
• Identifies sales prospects and refers clients to the suitable team members to enhance relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of products and procedures to effectively address customer needs.
• Confirms that teller and branch operations are performed accurately, adhering closely to the policies and procedures set forth by PNC.
