A roadmap for Customer Service Agent:

• Manage a variety of teller and customer service functions as needed.
• Experienced in handling teller transactions efficiently and proficient in fulfilling essential customer service responsibilities, such as opening standard checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts, performing account maintenance, etc.
• Work within established guidelines, policies and procedures, the CSA will sell and service all deposit accounts, handle various customer inquiries and provide prompt problem resolution.
• Having a comprehensive knowledge of the bank's deposit and electronic banking products and services is important.
• Utilize a needs-based sales approach to identify customer needs, uncover opportunities for referrals, and recommend the appropriate products and services to address those needs.

Criteria and qualifications for prospective Customer Service Agent:

• A background of at least one year in a branch or call center environment is mandatory, specifically in positions like tellers or customer service representatives in the banking sector.
• Demonstrates expertise in sales techniques, service delivery, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a knack for building relationships with colleagues and enjoys the collaborative aspect of teamwork.
• Skilled in organizational tasks, technical knowledge, and computer proficiency.
• Demonstrates skill in adjusting to change and effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
