Job Overview:
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Clinton, MD. The Relationship Banker delivers an exceptional customer experience by handling service, sales, and financial needs while building long-term customer relationships and promoting banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through in-branch interactions, calls, and appointments to drive sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Open accounts, process transactions, and support lending and service requests.
- Utilize CRM tools and digital solutions to strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management practices.
- Support branch operations and contribute to sales goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- May serve as a Notary Public.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and use digital tools effectively.
Licensing Requirement:
- May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
