Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively multitask and acclimate to the high-speed requirements of the role

• Establish and sustain customer connections during the loan process and its lifecycle
• Propose bespoke financial plans tailored to meet the requirements of each customer
• Control the entire loan lifecycle, including collections, in alignment with statutory and regulatory obligations
• Correspond with customers and internal teams through phone conversations, email exchanges, live chat, and internal communication tools

Qualifications Required:

• A high school diploma or a GED certification is fundamental for accessing various career paths
• Ready to work at the office during regular business hours and occasionally put in extra time, which may involve Saturdays
• Demonstrates adeptness in verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in technology utilization and adept at navigating numerous systems concurrently
• Demonstrating professionalism and tact in handling confidential information

Preferred:

• Familiarity with sales, collections, or customer service activities is essential
• Possessing excellent bilingual skills in Spanish, both oral and written
• History in the financial services or consumer lending field
• Skill in navigating loan origination systems and CRM tools is valuable
• Understanding the ins and outs of federal and state lending rules, such as the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is vital
• Established reputation for meeting or surpassing sales benchmarks
• Proficient in problem-solving and exhibiting strong decision-making skills
• Demonstrating a collaborative spirit alongside self-reliant capabilities
