Job Description:

Assists the Mortgage Operations & Sales Manager in leading and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, operational excellence, regional growth, and profitability. Maintains a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, interviews, and trains top talent, while focusing on employee retention and performance management. Actively participates in local and state mortgage, real estate, and builder trade associations to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry and current issues. Communicates business objectives, goals, and company performance results to staff. Promotes an effective sales environment through sales training, individual and team coaching, and the creation of marketing materials.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory or team management experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in delivering superior customer service and fostering client relationships.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage strategic partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, operational procedures, and market trends.
• Advanced understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
