Job Summary of Personal Banker:

In the position of a Personal Banker at Banner Bank, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring that transactions are handled with precision and efficiency. By actively recommending and selling the bank's products and services through direct conversations, both in-person and via telephone, you will assist clients in attaining their financial aspirations. Upholding a strong commitment to personal reliability and punctuality, along with working harmoniously within a team, is fundamental to excelling in this role.

Qualification of Personal Banker:

• 3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales required
• Previous Teller experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills; basic skills in math, negotiation, and problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills; excellent customer service skills
• NOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job.
