Financial Specialists work within bank branches and collaborate across multiple branch locations while managing an assigned portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on investment and insurance strategies by developing customized financial plans tailored to their needs.
• Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of investment and insurance relationships.
• Enhance the client experience by effectively managing sales and service activities, identifying business growth opportunities, and directing clients to appropriate internal resources when needed.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through ongoing networking and business development initiatives.
• Increase customer loyalty and deepen client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Apply product expertise and procedural knowledge to resolve client concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Create and implement investment and insurance strategies while recommending suitable financial products aligned with client objectives.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and recommendations based on each client’s unique financial goals and needs.
• Monitor financial plans and recommend updates or adjustments when appropriate.
• Educate and support branch employees and internal business partners in identifying investment opportunities.
• Promote investment awareness and financial education among branch staff members.
• Collaborate with branch managers and investment sales associates to support branch investment initiatives and performance goals.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners to encourage referral opportunities.
• Review business performance and pipeline activity regularly with branch leadership and business partners.
• Meet established service expectations for lead and referral response times.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is generally preferred.
• More than two years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
• A combination of education, industry certifications, and related experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a formal degree.
• Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, public speaking, and sales execution.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and customer relationship management abilities.
