Responsibilities:

• Offers guidance on suitable mortgage loan choices that align with lender criteria and the preferences of the customer.
• Supervises a range of customer accounts, aiming to maintain and expand the client base by engaging in proactive sales initiatives.
• Designs and formulates personalized loan packages while assessing documentation for compliance verification.
• Efficiently oversees the customer pipeline to meet objectives in production and service delivery.
• Engages with a variety of partners, both within the organization and outside of it, to successfully finalize mortgage deals.
• Compiles and assesses financial details from clients with complex or multi-dimensional borrowing profiles.
• Delivers specialized guidance on mortgage offerings and associated financial services that align with customer requirements.
• Displays a profound grasp of PNC's offerings, technological utilities, and loan regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Established track record of accomplishments within mortgage sales or related areas of financial services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mortgage options, banking services, and processes for establishing loans.
• Proficient in sourcing new clients, managing client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy of records.
• Adept at effective interacting, analyzing finances, and employing consultative selling techniques.
• A common prerequisite is the completion of a higher education program or a similar mix of educational attainment and hands-on skills.
