U.S. Bank Wealth Management Advisor helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
As a Wealth Management Advisor, the primary responsibility is to identify, secure, and strengthen client relationships. This position involves using knowledge of investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the needs of clients. The PWA is expected to stimulate growth by cultivating relationships internally and externally, with the backing of a team of specialists. Furthermore, the PWA acts as a representative of U.S. Bank in the community and serves as a link for PWM's strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, secure, and nurture relationships with high-value and extremely high-value customers.
Deliver holistic recommendations for wealth and estate planning, covering areas such as investment management, banking options, credit opportunities, insurance solutions, and fiduciary assistance.
Personalized strategies can be developed by analyzing the unique situations and needs of the client.
Team up with professionals within the organization to cater to client requirements spanning multiple areas of knowledge.
Serve as a liaison for Private Wealth Management, facilitating connections between clients and key partners.
Stimulate growth in sales and cultivate novel client partnerships in the realm of PWM.
Effectively oversee and give importance to customer relationships with a holistic perspective.
Basic Qualifications:
Possession of a bachelor's degree or relevant practical background.
Possessing a track record of over 8 years in catering to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Skill Set & Background Requirements:
Demonstrated ability in maintaining established relationships, managing networks effectively, and driving business development strategies.
Attaining prosperity within targeted client sectors or vertical markets by fostering valuable partnerships.
Utilizing client background analysis to craft personalized tactics that align with their specific needs.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Effective communication skills enabling the translation of complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms.
Showing dedication to finding solutions and offering strategic guidance to clients.
Demonstrating the skill to independently decide and be accountable for the success of a business.
It is more favorable to hold designations such as CFA or CFP.
