Job Summary:

The Treasury Sales Officer is responsible for engaging complex Not-For-Profit Healthcare, Private Higher Education offering expert advice on their working capital, financial technology, and operational needs. The TSO will serve as a key advisor to clients, driving strategic conversations with C-suite executives and revenue cycle teams, particularly within the healthcare and educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join strategic conversations with senior executives and Revenue Cycle teams, particularly in healthcare, to provide specialized financial recommendations.
  • Advise clients on a comprehensive set of treasury services, including payment procedures, financial receipts, liquidity supervision, card options, and online sales environments.
  • Demonstrate competence in healthcare reform, industry obstacles, and shifting patterns, keeping clients informed and engaged. Lead and participate in speaking opportunities at prominent industry associations, such as HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
  • Pioneer the creation and implementation of client and prospect events highlighting industry trends such as Innovation, Fraud Mitigation, Amplifying Patient Happiness, and System Integration. Foster and maintain solid client relationships to ensure sustained engagement and exceptional satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to foster growth in existing client portfolios and acquire new business. Drive the expansion of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR), providing clients with a comprehensive suite of treasury products. Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and provide holistic solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Establish timely and influential client engagement by placing emphasis on exceptional service provision and achieving business goals. Implement continuous market strategies to maintain successful client relationships and ensure long-term expansion.

Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in healthcare banking or revenue cycle industry.
  • Meeting the standard of either a BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional practice.
  • Proficient in sales, bargaining, and offering customized guidance to clients.
  • Effectively engages clients and internal teams through excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with impressive presentation abilities.
  • Impressive capacity to manage multiple tasks by effectively utilizing time management, organization, and planning skills.
  • Optimizing relationship management and client engagement abilities to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to effectively navigate through a vast, networked banking framework and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Broad proficiency in Treasury capabilities and offerings.
  • Skilled in managing clientele across a broad geographic spectrum, showcasing a talent for prioritization and maintaining a balanced portfolio of clients.
