Position Overview:

As a Bank Teller at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting clients with everyday financial transactions, and assisting with branch operations. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while recognizing opportunities to introduce relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality customer experience centered on improving financial well-being and building customer loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently process a wide range of customer transactions.
• Educate customers on different options available for completing financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer them to appropriate branch personnel.
• Engage customers through lobby interactions and meaningful conversations.
• Present PNC products and services based on customer needs.
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer customers to the right team members for further relationship development.
• Guide customers in using digital banking platforms, self-service tools, and technology solutions.
• Apply product knowledge and procedures to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Ensure all teller operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
