Job Description:

As a Private Client Services Manager you will be responsible for expanding and deepening client relationships by providing expert financial advice and identifying opportunities to meet clients' diverse needs. You will leverage the full suite of Private Banks capabilities, collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive a holistic, Branded Client Experience. Your role will focus on cultivating long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects, ensuring their financial goals are met with personalized and comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Attracts new clients and increases business volumes for credit, assets under management, and deposit services within the current clientele
• Takes charge of intricate credit options, which may involve structured credit arrangements
• The book's worth and annual income show growth over time
• Works alongside and supports Private Client Managers in managing sophisticated products and client engagements
• Functions as the Chief Operating Officer for the client team by orchestrating relationship management efforts and overseeing the efficient execution of Branded Client Experience to uphold client happiness
• Advocates for the implementation of digital resources to elevate the experience for both clients and team members
• Establishes and nurtures relationships with partners within and outside the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Established track record of effectively maintaining connections with high-net-worth individuals or relevant business-related roles for more than seven years
• Outstanding capacity to thrive in a team-based atmosphere
• Showing proficiency in interpersonal interactions and the capacity to influence others positively
• Profound expertise in banking and credit: broad awareness of investments, trust management, and wealth transition

Desired Qualifications:

• Pursuing an MBA or a postgraduate degree can greatly enhance your skill set and knowledge base in a particular field of study
• Having certifications like CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD can be a valuable asset and is highly advantageous
