Job Description for Treasury Specialist:

A Treasury Specialist is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer assistance to clients in executing standard banking transactions such as depositing funds, withdrawing cash, and transferring money
• Setting up and managing personal and professional financial accounts
• Provide information on banking offerings including loans, credit card opportunities, and savings options
• Recognize client necessities and advocate for appropriate financial resolutions
• Forge and sustain lasting customer bonds to secure satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Partner with the branch to reach its sales and service targets successfully
• Keep meticulous records and documentation for reference
