Serving as a Banking Sales Associate, you will play a key role in:

• Helping clients with their everyday financial requirements.
• Advising on the selection of the product that caters to the customers' needs.
• Linking customers with specialized financial professionals in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial areas to address their specific financial requirements.
• Introducing the bank's state-of-the-art technology offerings to accommodate the evolving needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities include:

• Displaying strong customer service acumen by assisting clients with financial tasks such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan repayments, credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange.
• Notifying authorities of sizable transactions on Currency Transaction Reports.
• Distinguishing deceptive activities to prevent possible financial detriment to the institution.
• Validating the correctness and efficiency of financial transactions, while observing all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Fostering strong existing customer relationships and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
• Introducing appropriate bank offerings like money market accounts, investment strategies, and property financing deals that address the particular needs of customers.
• Demonstrating advanced knowledge in utilizing digital tools and technologies to enrich clients' digital banking journeys.
• Being self-assured in guiding clients on performing banking transactions online, using mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Exhibiting versatility in quickly learning and adapting to new processes and technology platforms.
• Executing additional tasks as mandated.

Qualifications include:

• Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or GED, although individuals with a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• A year of hands-on practice in customer service operations and managing cash transactions.
• Candidates who have worked in a banking institution in roles such as teller or new accounts for a minimum of one year are preferred.
• Efficiently grasping products, services, and procedures with accuracy and speed.
• Exceptional talent in dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Superior precision in detail-oriented tasks and efficient time handling.
• Proficiency achieved in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to be versatile with weekend work arrangements.
