Job Overview:

The position at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center is full-time, with a workload of 40 hours weekly. The Teller Specialist is responsible for customer service excellence, transaction handling, bank product promotion, and assistance with branch operations. Availability during branch hours is vital, with the exception of Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate processing of customer transactions in compliance with the bank's policies.
• Pinpoint and direct towards fitting bank products and services.
• Foster robust customer rapport while fulfilling financial obligations.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and security protocols for full compliance.
• Employ technological solutions to support customers and solve problems.
• Support the day-to-day operations and administrative processes of the branch.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Job seekers must have a background of 6 to 12 months in customer service to qualify.
• Preferential consideration will be given to those with 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• The position entails complying with all compliance programs, policies, and regulations, completing mandatory training, and accurately reporting identified risks. Additionally, management may assign further tasks based on operational needs.
