Job Duties for an Senior Operations Support:

As an Operations Representative at Bank of America, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our internal business functions, assisting both clients and team members in maintaining seamless operations. This role requires you to manage day to day workflows, meet critical deadlines, and provide guidance to other team members, ensuring that the team performs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a contributing factor to the accomplishments of the Operations team as an individual team member
• Guides the operational tasks and responds to inquiries related to a single or multiple Lines of Business across the enterprise
• Adheres to the timelines set within the business unit or as per the agreed Service Level Agreements with internal or external business affiliates
• Provides expert input and skills to endeavors or initiatives associated with the business area
• Upholds internal operational and financial management and operates within the risk boundaries of the business sector
• Maintains an ongoing assessment of processes to ensure they are efficient and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Over five years of developing expertise in banking operations, particularly in the realm of administering lockbox services
• Skilled in navigating internal bank systems like KATS, VICOR, and RIDS
• Mastery of Windows 10, Outlook, and Excel is advantageous for productivity and efficiency
• Skill in data entry tasks, especially with a focus on 10-key accuracy, is crucial for data integrity
• Strong analytical skills
• Initially, the candidate will be based at the primary work location mentioned, although the opportunity for remote work from home could be presented in the future.
• Expertise in maintaining performance levels amidst teamwork demands
• Exceptional capabilities in interpersonal interactions and communication
• Skilled at interacting confidently with senior leadership and internal business control associates
• Detail oriented
• Skill in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining efficiency
• Excellent at managing time wisely and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Proficiency in managing and meeting strict deadlines
