Asset Manager

Position Overview:

As a PNC Asset Manager, you will support branch operations, assist clients in managing their financial transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service. While finding ways to advertise PNC goods and services, you will make sure that customers have a good experience.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience that prioritizes enhancing financial well-being and fostering customer allegiance.
• Deals with a diverse range of customer interactions promptly and accurately.
• Educates customers on the various possibilities they have for managing their finances.
• Recognizes chances during customer interactions and redirects them to the suitable branch staff.
• Promotes customer involvement through lobby events and meaningful exchanges.
• Adjusts PNC offerings to suit the needs of clients.
• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Informs clients about the various digital banking tools, technology choices, and self-help resources available for overseeing financial transactions.
• Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
• Guarantees the accurate execution of teller and branch operations in accordance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
