Retail Mortgage Manager

Job Summary: Retail Mortgage Manager:

Assists the Retail Mortgage Manager in supervising and managing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production targets, operational efficiency, regional growth, and profitability, while also maintaining a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. Sources, assesses, and trains high-performing professionals, focusing on employee retention and performance oversight. Actively engages in local and state mortgage, real estate, and construction associations to stay informed on industry trends and developments. Communicates business objectives, goals, and performance results to the team, fostering a dynamic sales environment through coaching, training, and marketing content creation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• More than two years of experience in Retail Mortgage Loan Origination.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory or team management role.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated skills in developing and managing business partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, operational processes, and current market trends.
• Advanced understanding of sales strategies and practices.
