Their key duties include supervising Support Professionals and orchestrating the delivery of all business and service operations within designated branches.

Education & Experience:

• Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role
• Previous industry experience
• The possession of valid certifications, such as Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA), is compulsory
• Further credentials required by the managerial department

• Thorough examination of particulars
• Proficient in managing and resolving complex needs while escalating when deemed essential

Key responsibilities include:

• Streamlining communication and training processes for Service Professionals
• Aligning with Market Sales and Risk teams to drive successful execution across the organization
• Backing the MBSO in the execution of their service delivery strategies
• Drive the unit in executing the company's strategic goals by helping and mentoring team members to modify their behavior, stressing consistency, excellence, and compliance
• Assume the responsibility of leading, mentoring, and supervising Support and Service Professionals
• Highlight the significance of acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of Service and Support Professionals to boost morale and motivation within the team
• Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding efforts for new hires, particularly Financial Advisors and their Support Professionals
• Partner with MBSO and Human Resources to jointly address people management issues, which encompass activities like conducting assessments, overseeing performance, and resolving conflicts
• Cultivate strong relationships with crucial partners in the Branch, Market, Region, and Home Office; partake in team meetings, regional, and national webinars
• Conduct periodic one-on-one meetings with Support Professionals to offer support, establish career objectives, manage work-related tasks, and encourage team development
• Organize and direct the support staff to provide seamless coverage and aid to financial advisors in the branch
• Uncover recognition prospects for Support Professionals by disseminating best practices, success stories, and achievements
• Promote a branch environment consistent with Firm values, with a particular emphasis on embracing diversity and inclusion
