We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented applicants to become a part of our Retail Banking Center team as Banking Service Representatives. This role offers the chance to enhance banking knowledge, create meaningful relationships with clients, and contribute to the success of the banking center.

Core Duties:

• Provide stellar customer care by assisting customers with account needs, questions, and financial service inquiries.
• Assist in identifying and suggesting banking products and services that are well-suited to the client's specific needs and financial aspirations.
• Aid in facilitating sales goals by pinpointing opportunities to enhance client connections and connect customers with supplementary financial offerings.
• Execute debit and credit transactions accurately, in compliance with established banking procedures.
• Respond to client concerns promptly and implement solutions that enhance the overall quality of the customer experience.
• Direct the cash operations at a banking center, which includes balancing the vault, arranging for cash deliveries, coordinating currency transports, and allocating cash distributions to permitted staff members.
• Ensure accurate tracking of cash handling activities, which involves meticulous record-keeping of Currency Transaction Report (CTR) documentation and compliance standards.
• Aid customers in setting up new accounts and finishing necessary paperwork as needed.

Required Skills and Credentials:

• Possessing a high school diploma or GED equivalent is a must.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience dealing with cash.
• Possesses strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Exceptional thoroughness with accurate coordination prowess.
• Skilled in organization and adept at handling a diverse range of tasks.
• Capability to lift and manipulate boxes of coins and cash inventory safely.
• Ability to thrive in a team-centric banking environment.
