Playing the part of a Banking Operations Associate involves being a vital component in:

• Overlooking, retaining, and procuring sustainable mutually advantageous partnerships with our customer base.
• Understanding and recognizing clients' lasting financial needs to offer personalized service and product alternatives.
• Harnessing the bank's newest technological tools to fulfill the expanding demands of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving the quarterly and annual team and branch sales goals through the promotion and execution of various financial services such as customer intelligence analysis, commercial real estate transactions, small business administration loan provisions, mortgage solutions, treasury management services, deposit products, wealth management investment offerings, international deposit and wire transfer facilities, and other commercial and consumer financial products.
• Obtaining and developing loans like HELOC, Residential Lending, and Commercial Lending.
• Meeting the yearly renewal obligations and following all regulatory guidelines for Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) requires a deep understanding of interest rates, financing alternatives, and calculation methods to offer comprehensive support to prospective homebuyers.
• Demonstrates a strong familiarity with the deposit, loan, and complementary products offered by the bank, including the qualification criteria.
• Aids individuals in fulfilling financial necessities including withdrawing money, depositing funds, transferring money, making payments towards loans/credit cards, sending wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Demonstrates strong self-motivation and initiative, prioritizing clients' needs and delivering results efficiently.
• Applies adept critical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities in fulfilling clients' demands.
• Collaborates with team members and cross-functional teams to present customers with the most fitting product choices tailored to their needs.
• Conveys messages clearly and assertively in client interactions, demonstrating effective communication.
• Capable of efficiently absorbing information about products, services, and technologies and advising customers on how to carry out online banking transactions, utilizing mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Well-versed in leveraging digital tools and advancements to optimize clients' interactions with online banking platforms.
• Demonstrates a fervent enthusiasm and skill to persuade, inform, and establish relationships with technology consumers.
• Executes extra duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Applicants are expected to have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Applicants with a background in customer service, teller duties, sales, and Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) experience in the banking or financial industry are highly sought after for this position.
• Solid understanding of branch operational processes.
• Track record of excellence in consultative sales within a relevant industry, showcasing adeptness in acquiring new clients, fostering customer connections, and delivering successful outcomes.
• Displaying a high level of professionalism and thoroughness, skilled in maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Proficient in rapidly incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
• Well-versed in branch technology, mobile banking apps, and online banking systems.
• Proficient problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-centric abilities.
