Being a Financial Planner requires providing comprehensive financial guidance and personalized solutions to clients to support them in achieving their financial goals and managing different life stages adeptly. This role involves close collaboration with clients to grasp their financial requirements, proposing customized strategies, and suggesting appropriate financial products. You will serve as a dependable partner in overseeing clients' investment aspirations, retirement preparations, wealth management, and other crucial financial priorities.
Responsibilities:
Helping clients map out their short and long-term financial targets by formulating a financial roadmap that encompasses brokerage options including equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking products along with tailored investment strategies
Offers advice on banking and investment plans that are suited to the financial aspirations and necessities of the client
Organizes and prioritizes client demands, then steers them towards the appropriate in-house service providers following client needs and asset thresholds
Deals with and moderates risk in the course of daily activities
Discerns and involves potential new customers via referrals or individuals frequenting financial establishments
Delivers coaching and evaluations to referral collaborators by considering client needs and suggested product recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrates a minimum of one year of involvement in the investments domain, coupled with specific training in investments and a deep understanding of investment options.
Needs to have one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment and a proven history of meeting or exceeding objectives.
Demonstrates the ability to reach any desired outcome by setting specific goals.
Strengthens and maintains close ties.
Collaborates productively with peers to complete tasks in a proficient manner.
Is adept at effective communication and approaches client interactions with confidence and ease.

Desired Qualifications:
Excellent computer proficiency coupled with the capacity to juggle various tasks effectively in a challenging work environment.
Relevant experience of three years in the financial service industry or a sales role, with a proven history of reaching or surpassing goals.
Secured more professional designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
Secured your insurance authorizations.
