Job Description for Mortgage Specialist:

As a Mortgage Specialist at PNC, you will assist customers throughout the mortgage process to help them achieve their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing expert guidance on mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Responsibilities for Mortgage Specialist:

• Provide recommendations on mortgage loan options that align with lending guidelines and customer financial needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while actively identifying opportunities to retain and grow the client base through proactive sales efforts.
• Create customized loan solutions and review documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline to achieve production, sales, and service goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed efficiently.
• Gather and evaluate financial information from customers with complex or diverse borrowing needs.
• Provide professional guidance on mortgage products, lending solutions, and related banking services.
• Maintain strong knowledge of PNC products, digital tools, lending requirements, and mortgage procedures.

Qualifications for Mortgage Specialist:

• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales or related financial services positions.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending practices, and loan origination processes.

• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills.
