Job Description:

As a Branch Support Banker at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients with their financial transactions, and supporting daily branch operations. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to connect customers with relevant PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized banking experience focused on improving financial wellness and strengthening customer relationships.
• Manage a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide customers with information on available options for handling their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer them to appropriate branch team members.
• Encourage participation in branch events, lobby activities, and meaningful customer conversations.
• Customize PNC products and services based on individual customer needs.
• Recognize potential sales opportunities and direct customers to the appropriate colleagues for further engagement.
• Support customers in understanding digital banking tools, technology solutions, and self-service options for efficient account management.
• Use product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure all teller and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
