The Floating Personal Banker specializes in delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. This role supports daily branch operations, meets customer service and sales needs, and manages customer appointments to identify needs and refer complex issues to appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage customer engagement through educational sessions on Consumer and Business Banking products. Offer suggestions on suitable services based on customer preferences and emphasize the benefits of utilizing digital banking tools.
• Handling appointments and consultations involves overseeing customer visits, whether they are pre-arranged or impromptu, to pinpoint their financial requirements and facilitate their referral to suitable banking specialists for intricate matters.
• Stay aligned with the bank's sales framework and deliver easily understandable, customer-oriented assistance.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in the lobby, greet them, handle queries, and take ownership of resolving their immediate banking needs.
• Support daily branch activities by assisting with customer transactions, resolving overdraft issues, and verifying compliance with internal procedures. Perform required operational tasks as directed.
• Upholding Compliance and Risk Management: Staying informed about Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. Recognizing and reporting suspected fraudulent activities. Guaranteeing adherence to operational and regulatory guidelines.
• Customer Resolution: Record and address customer complaints promptly, ensuring precise documentation and appropriate follow-up. Prioritize the efficient and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Sales Referrals encompass recognizing sales possibilities and guiding customers to the fitting banking partners for personalized product offerings.

Requirements in Education and Professional Background:

• Proficiency in handling difficult customer conversations and a wide array of customer requirements.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
