Job Description:
U.S. Bank Investment Advisor helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals through a holistic approach. Our teams provide expert advice on wealth and estate planning, investments, banking, credit, insurance, charitable giving, and fiduciary administration. PWM also specializes in business-sale advisory and pre-transaction planning.
The duties of the Investment Advisor entail recognizing, obtaining, and deepening client relationships. This role involves utilizing expertise in investments, banking, estate planning, and trust services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that are personalized to the client's needs. The PWA is tasked with promoting growth by fostering relationships both within and outside the organization, with assistance from a team of specialists. Additionally, the PWA acts as a U.S. Bank representative in the community and serves as a liaison for PWM's strategic partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, secure, and deepen relationships with clients possessing substantial assets and exceptional assets.
Supply comprehensive wealth and estate planning tips, incorporating insights on investments, banking products, credit options, insurance plans, and fiduciary responsibilities.
By comprehending the client's situation and requirements, bespoke solutions can be created.
Coordinate with internal experts to handle client needs that span various areas of specialization.
Facilitate partnerships between clients and strategic associates on behalf of Private Wealth Management.
Boost sales performance and foster the expansion of new client networks in PWM.
Approach client relationships with a comprehensive outlook for management and prioritization.
Basic Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or a commensurate amount of experiential learning.
More than 8 years of experience specializing in assisting high and ultra-high-net-worth customers.
Prerequisite Competencies & Experience:
Known for adeptly managing and expanding networks, as well as excelling in relationship building and business development efforts.
Achieving success within specific customer niches or verticals through strategic partnership development.
Crafting personalized plans by understanding client profiles and creating strategies tailored to their needs.
Ability to organize and prioritize a team of specialists to address client needs.
Exceptional ability to communicate by simplifying complex concepts for better understanding.
Exhibiting a keen passion for resolving issues and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
The competence to make independent decisions and take ownership of business outcomes is essential in a professional environment.
Professional titles such as CFA or CFP are the desired choice.
