Job Description:

The Wealth Management Advisor identifies, engages, acquires, and retains high net worth clients and prospects in holistic wealth management planning. Serves as a primary relationship manager for high net worth clients and families, while coordinating advice and activities with other members of the Wealth team. Determines and develops revenue-producing opportunities in multiple product lines to achieve growth and profitability goals through a diversified financial planning based approach. Serves as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the Wealth line of business within the Bank and across the communities served.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition is focused on recognizing and attracting fresh clients to the Bank's wealth offerings by utilizing targeted prospecting methods, client referrals, and collaborating with internal Bank team members. Additionally, it involves establishing and fostering meaningful partnerships with influential contacts to amplify acquisition efforts. The role also entails engaging in external networking and promoting market growth opportunities.
• Relationship Management - Serves as a primary point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients. Maintains current knowledge and awareness of client circumstances, conditions, and overall relationship with the Bank to develop appropriate wealth plans. Represents the full services offering to clients, including investments, banking, financial planning, insurance, and trust services. Develops and executes a high-touch, client-centric experience to maintain and expand existing client relationships. Assists in the planning and facilitation of client events.
• Professional Guidance - Delivers expert wealth management advice to potential clients and established clientele. Constructs strategic, holistic, and future-focused plans to address the financial needs and aspirations of high net worth clients. Identifies appropriate products, services, and solutions tailored to the individual needs, preferences, and goals of clients. Collaborates with other team members within the department to offer ongoing advice, products, and services that adapt to the changing requirements of clients.
• Collaboration plays a pivotal role in cultivating strong partnerships with Bank stakeholders to fortify the department's strategic approach. By collaborating with professionals from different business functions, it enables the coordinated provision of wealth management solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• - The role necessitates a high school diploma or GED and a track record of 12 years in acquiring clients, amassing assets, and providing extensive banking and financial planning support
• Client Acquisition experience
• Asset Gathering experience
• Wealth of experience in delivering all-encompassing financial planning services
• Banking experience
• Investment Management experience
• Insurance Planning experience
• Knowledge in Trust and Estate Strategy
• The preferred title is Advanced Advisor/Planning, signifying an advanced level of advisory skills
• Series 7 license
• The Series 65 or 66 license is necessary for individuals who aim to work in an advisory capacity within the financial industry
• Securing a license for State Life & LTC Insurance necessitates compliance with the stipulated standards and prerequisites
