Bank Teller

Job Overview:

The Bank Teller position is full-time (40 hours per week) based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required, excluding Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies.
Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
Build strong customer relationships and support financial needs.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and security standards.
Assist customers using digital tools and resolve basic issues.
Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
6–12 months customer service experience required.
6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance & Additional Duties:

Must comply with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Completion of required training is mandatory, and additional responsibilities may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

Eligible for performance-based incentive pay based on experience, skills, and location.
