Job Description:

A Banker is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
Open and maintain personal and business accounts
Provide guidance on banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and government regulations
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Support the achievement of branch sales and service goals
