Job Description of Floating Capital Coordinator:

The Floating Capital Coordinator position at Banner Bank involves providing assistance and cover as a teller or banker at different branch locations within a designated region. It is your duty to present a friendly and professional face as you serve customers. In addition to tending to client transactions promptly and accurately, you must actively propose relevant bank products and services. It should be noted that this position requires daily interbranch travel.

Qualification of Floating Capital Coordinator:

Banking professionals must also be well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry. This includes knowledge of federal and state banking laws, as well as ethical practices:

• The position requires a candidate with at least one-year teller experience and a sales background with a proven track record of meeting established targets
• Proficiency in structuring and coordinating workloads, alongside fundamental knowledge in numerical computations, mediation, and critical thinking
• It is important to have a good telephone manner as it demonstrates professionalism and good communication skills to others
• Excellent abilities in establishing rapport and building strong relationships; exceptional talent in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
