Job Description:Customer Sales Associate

The Customer Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch experience by combining customer service and sales support.You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by handling both service and sales functions, including transaction processing, account servicing, and promoting banking solutions to support customers in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
Proactively engage customers to identify needs and generate sales opportunities and referrals
Open new accounts and manage account maintenance and service requests
Build strong customer relationships using CRM tools and personalized engagement strategies
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards
Assist customers in using digital banking tools and platforms effectively

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales required
6–12 months of cash handling experience preferred
