Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and security procedures.
- Use digital tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
- Support branch operational and administrative activities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 6–12 months customer service experience required.
- 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.
Compliance and Additional Duties:
- Adhere to all compliance programs, policies, and regulations.
- Complete mandatory training requirements on time.
- Identify and report risks appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Compensation:
- Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
