Customer Solutions Banker

Job Overview:

Customer Solutions Bankers are responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding individual financial needs and delivering customized banking solutions that support long-term financial wellness and success.

This is a full-time position located in Clinton, MD, requiring 40 hours per week. The Customer Solutions Banker will provide high-quality customer service, handle sales and financial service requests, and build lasting client relationships by recommending suitable banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers through branch visits, phone communications, and scheduled appointments
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Support account opening processes, transaction handling, and lending or service-related requests
• Leverage CRM systems and digital banking platforms to strengthen customer engagement
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards
• Assist with branch operations and contribute toward achieving sales and service targets

Additional Responsibilities:

• May be authorized to perform Notary Public duties

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales roles preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively and use digital tools efficiently

Licensing Requirement:

• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) may be required
