Responsibilities:

• Offers consultations on investment and insurance strategies to clients, formulating personalized financial schemes.
• Nurtures and expands an investment and insurance customer base.
• Optimizes the customer journey by managing sales procedures and service tasks effectively, recognizing areas for potential growth, and referring customers to internal colleagues as needed.
• Secures, grows, and manages customer relationships through effective business development and networking endeavors.
• Boosts client retention and share of wallet through the delivery of exceptional client satisfaction.
• Utilizes understanding of products and procedures to efficiently address client problems with precision and propriety.
• Develops and puts into practice investment and insurance schemes, determining suitable products to uphold client goals.
• Provides clients with tailored financial recommendations and guidance that are based on their individual needs and objectives.
• Examines financial designs and proposes adjustments as and when needed.
• Trains and informs branch staff and internal colleagues on identifying investment chances.
• Facilitates the dissemination of investment information and education among branch staff.
• Supports branch managers and investment sales associates in leading branch initiatives to achieve investment targets.
• Upholds consistent and productive communication with internal and external partners to promote referral participation.
• Regularly evaluates business results and pipeline supervision with branch managers and partners.
• Complies with the commitments made for handling lead and referral communications promptly.
• Adheres to all lawful mandates, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Typically, a four-year college education is required.
• Demonstrated experience exceeding two years in a relevant professional setting.
• In lieu of a degree, a composite of education, job-specific certifications, and relevant experience (such as military background) could be reviewed as part of the evaluation process.
• Proficient at attracting clients, establishing relationships, evaluating credit risk, analyzing finances, creating financial models, presenting publicly, and conducting sales activities.
• Mastery in coaching, communication tactics, and the supervision of customer experiences.
