Job Description:

As a Cash Handling Representative at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. This role is focused on creating a positive banking experience while identifying opportunities to recommend PNC products and financial services that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Apply product knowledge and established procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately while following PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required.
• A college or university degree is generally not required for this role.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, work experience, or military service may also be considered.
