Job Description:

Relationship Management Analysts help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures and firm capabilities in order to deliver the full firm to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Support:

• Develop and enrich client relationships by actively communicating with clients, addressing their requests, resolving questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring the accuracy of important information and records
• Recognize and assist clients in discovering Firm services and solutions that support their requirements, including banking products and services and secure, digital platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
• Verify authorization and authenticate the client's identity in the request processing
• Handle the establishment and upkeep of client accounts, which includes collecting client information and necessary paperwork, conducting financial transactions as a case in point
• Examine client account notifications and take necessary actions

Other:

• Work alongside financial consultants to craft a comprehensive business strategy and fulfill service commitments to clients
• Contribute to the team's marketing strategy by upkeeping marketing resources, such as online and social media platforms, and coordinating events and workshops for clients
• Participate energetically in accessible training and educational programs that are in line with the company's strategic priorities, professional growth, and keeping up-to-date with policies, procedures, and new technologies, as well as attending scheduled field service professional training calls each month
• Aid Financial Advisors by performing administrative tasks such as covering phones, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling client meetings, preparing travel expense reports, and organizing filing and calendars
• Participate proactively in initiatives directed by local management
• Consistently seek chances to use firm resources for sharing information and collaborating with Financial Advisors

Qualifications, on-the-job training, familiarity, and proficiencies are important aspects that contribute to one's skills:

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred
• Practical experience in the sector is a bonus
• Willingness to achieve Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) along with Series 65 (RA) licenses

Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficient in utilizing computer technology and well-versed in a variety of Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional written communication, interpersonal aptitude, and customer care capabilities
• Demonstrates a commitment to precision, showcasing superior organizational talents and adeptness at task prioritization
• Possesses the capacity to work harmoniously with team members and enhance group dynamics
• Capacity to perform well in a fast-changing and dynamic work environment
