Loan Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully balance numerous activities while adapting to the swift nature of the position
• Offer exceptional customer care by focusing on convenience, empathy, and motivation
• Attain and go beyond personal and branch performance benchmarks
• Develop and manage customer relationships throughout the loan continuum and lifecycle
• Deliver specialized financial recommendations crafted to suit the client’s specific needs
• Supervise the complete loan lifecycle, from approval to recovery, while upholding legal and regulatory standards
• Reach out to clients and internal teams by means of phone calls, emails, chat applications, and in-house communication platforms
• Retain a determined mindset with a fervor for reaching goals and aspirations
• Help clients understand optional insurance products and ensure they grasp the loan terms and alternatives

Loan Advisor Qualifications:

• Possessing either a high school diploma or passing the GED test is crucial for personal and career development
• Willing to work on-site during regular business hours and occasional extended periods, including Saturdays
• Demonstrates strong communication competencies, verbal and written alike
• Competent in the use of technology and adept at multitasking across multiple systems
• Exhibiting the ability to manage classified information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred:

• Skills in sales, collections, or customer relations are highly beneficial
• Capable in both verbal and written Spanish
• Experience in the financial services or consumer lending domain
• Understanding how to operate loan origination systems and CRM software is beneficial
• Being well-versed in federal and state lending regulations, like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is crucial
• Confirmed track record of meeting or surpassing sales expectations
• Having adeptness in tackling problems and reaching decisions
• Prioritizing team synergy while maintaining autonomous productivity
