Loan Servicing Specialists at UMB are experts at building customer relationships and recommending and selling products and services. Loan Servicing Specialists use their product knowledge and every interaction to identify needs and offer financial solutions to help customers secure their financial well-being while making banking easy.

Planning the Utilization of Your Time:

• Employ individualized questioning techniques to shift routine transactions, account maintenance duties, and other standard service requests into cross-selling dialogues to enrich client engagements and satisfy customers' needs.
• Proactively seek sales opportunities by contacting leads, visiting companies to propose workplace banking solutions, and building a network of contacts to expand client referrals.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks while meeting daily key performance metrics.
• Consistently apply learning processes, including transaction handling, cash drawer management, and completion of bank documentation while maintaining compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

• Have at least one year of retail or customer-facing experience, actively interacting with clients, providing recommendations, and contributing to sales.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days of meeting the prerequisites.
