Job Title: Lead Teller Supervisor

Overview:

Supervise teller operations to ensure smooth branch workflow, accurate cash management, and high-quality customer service. Support staff development, handle escalations, and maintain compliance with banking standards.

Core Duties:

Cash Handling & Daily Operations:

Monitor teller transactions, cash drawers, and daily balancing.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support deposits, withdrawals, and loan-related transactions.
Manage cash supply and negotiable instruments.

Client Support & Service:

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
Assist customers with banking products and account needs.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Team Leadership & Development:

Coach, guide, and supervise teller staff.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and performance improvement.
Ensure adherence to policies and operational standards.

Branch Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate with branch leadership on daily operations.
Prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2.5 years of teller experience.
Knowledge of banking operations and basic accounting.

Good numerical and operational understanding.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
