Job Description for Commercial Services Manager:

Within a dedicated geographic area, the Commercial Relationship Manager at Regions is responsible for delivering credit and a broad array of product and service solutions to clients.

Primary Responsibilities for Commercial Services Manager:

• Defines, orders, and constructs a strategy to cultivate relationships with high-priority clients, as well as targets for increasing business reach
• Provides expert advice and solutions, fosters long-term client relationships, and optimizes revenue-generating possibilities within the Commercial Bank sector
• Proactively addresses current and emerging client needs by offering solutions
• Involves working closely with pertinent business allies to cultivate and offer expertise through teamwork in portfolio development initiatives
• Delivers top-notch client/prospect engagements through thoughtful planning and execution
• Supervises the course of transaction procedures from the initial involvement to the ultimate closure, which implies organizing the format, establishing the pricing, obtaining internal approval and ensuring compliance, as well as managing documentation
• Exercise fosters financial acumen and the application of strategic pricing methods
• Attains certification in Relationship Management Process training and credit assessment
• Enforces consistent techniques learned from the Relationship Management Process and compulsory credit education

Being exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act means that this role does not qualify for overtime pay based on hours worked beyond regular schedules.

This role includes the possibility of receiving extra rewards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• A minimum of three years involved in Commercial Banking or sales, including a year of hands-on Relationship Management experience

Preferences:

• Relevant graduate degree

• Developed negotiation abilities
• Expanded capabilities in expressing thoughts both verbally and in written form
• A good name and a diverse range of industry connections
• Mastering Microsoft Office programs like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is key
