The job of a Business Client Manager entails building strong connections with business clients to promote long-term loyalty and satisfaction

As a Business Client Manager, your duty will involve delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues of up to $20 million. You will be responsible for actively managing and deepening relationships with valuable clients, and helping them grow their businesses and achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the full spectrum of client interactions in order to meet client needs and uncover avenues for boosting sales, all within a risk-mitigation framework
• Discerns and guides clients towards specialized small business opportunities and tailored solutions in the course of small business relationship reviews
• Secures a synchronized customer experience throughout aligned sales portfolios by dedicating at least 80% of working hours in the field
• Builds strong connections with important affiliates such as Merchants, Practice Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking to maximize small business potential
• Utilizes insight into credit to offer guidance to small business owners about solutions, services, and online capabilities that assist them in attaining their short and long-term business objectives
• Helps in executing the sales distribution strategy to reach the expected outcomes and progression of the bank's Small Business realm
• Coaches, nurtures, and advises associates and clients to cultivate a culture that focuses on client and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Confirmed accomplishments in consultative selling in financial services or in B2B sales
• Competence in presenting case studies of enhancing the financial results of distinct organizations by interpreting financial statements and recommending impactful interventions
• Demonstrates a genuine love for outside sales and takes pleasure in the task of identifying new sales opportunities
• Focused on deepening existing connections and surpassing sales goals
• Examining the financial health of clients and tracking industry trends
• Being able to grasp and interpret financial statements and cash flow analyses is a significant skill in finance
• Displays impressive communication skills and has showcased impactful leadership qualities
• Appreciates partnering and bargaining with a group of bank employees to effectively address client challenges
• Exhibited successful handling of a client portfolio that prioritized building and strengthening connections
